Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 3-5 business days.
